Subway under the A40, by Wycombe Abbey school
Reported in the Flooded subway category anonymously at 17:56, Sat 27 April 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1614599.
The subway has been flooded for weeks, I walk past it every weekday for work and there has been no improvement. The water has risen since this photo and it is now has some rubbish floating in it. As the weather gets warmer, the water will start to smell as it is stagnant. It's not pleasant to walk past, and means I can no longer walk up and through town using that subway which is inconvenient.

It is now June 21st, and the underpass is still flooded.
It is certainly now representing a potential public health issue.

I have been running passed this flooded underpass since April - it’s the 17th July and it’s still flooded. Can Bucks CC provide an update as to what’s happened and when it is likely to be fixed? As you’ll see from the photo there is no barrier anymore on the Rye side - children can run into the water and potentially drown

It is now August 7th and this underpass has been flooded from more than 3 months. Hand rails are now under water and will be going rusty. If action is not taken soon, then the work and cost will escalate. This goes under a busy road, so there are safety implications. What plans are there to sort this out? What are the time scales?
