I have been trying to get the tree outside my house cut back for sometime. I do not accept that you can simply refuse to action this when the problem is onging and I am repeatedly removing sections of branch which are falling into my property, and more concerningly, onto my car. In addition the amount of bird mess is also becoming unbearable, and also potentially damaging to the paintwork on my car. The tree is the responsibility of the council and therefore I request, once again, that you cut the tree back which will resolve these problems for years to come. If you do not undertake this then I will have no choice but to undertake this privately, which I must do to protect my property. Please do not simply close this case again without discussion.
