Constant parking on double yellow lines/corner at peak times. Safety concerns for school children in the area.

There is persistent parking on double yellow lines which is also on the corner of a junction and up on the curb. Serious concerns for child safety as this is right next to a primary school and pre-school. Are BCC able to offer and assistance in policing this? Residents, the school and parents will be willing to provide photos if needed. The same also goes for parking on the yellow zig zags during prohibited hours. This has been going on for years and I’m worried that it will unfortunately take a serious accident before any action is taken in respect of the reckless parking. Please help keep my children safe.
