Planning permission breach
Reported via iOS in the Roads/Highways category anonymously at 14:17, Sun 25 November 2018
Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1469525.
London and Quadrant have added external pipework to their flats with no planning permission and also probably breaching building regulations and in addition this pipework poses a potential danger to members of the public as it fronts onto a public footpath.
Planning enforcement should please investigate

Still not fixed. it looks like one of the ground floor flats may have been illegally split into 2 residences. London and Quadrant need to investigate.

It seems odd that planning permission can be granted for a nice looking block of flats but then after that the Council will ignore really ugly changes to wall facing the road as is this case.
These pipes should not be on an external wall facing a street. It’s dangerous and very ugly and lazy. London and Quadrant should remove them and obey relevant building regulations and planning laws.

Building controls / lewisham planning dept surely have a legal obligation to inspect this safely hazard and get London and Quadrant to remediate it.
