Parked car on communal grass

Parked car on communal grass and this has killed the grass in a rectangle.. the neighbor was upset the grass wasn't being cut but the son who drives a car Audi r726ccx is parked over the grass for the whole summer . and has killed the grass !!!! this looks really unsightly. still parking in the exact spot so this isnt allowing the grass to grow back
