There is a water leak from a water drain. It has been reported to Wessex Water by me. WW say it is not their problem but the Councils.
This has been ongoing for at least 3 months - all through the current dry spell. Somehow with this leak we are noticing heavier vibrations within the house when large vehicles e.g. buses pass over it.
I attach the email from WW for info:
Thank you for your email yesterday reporting a possible water leak. This was also reported to us last week and we attended on 15 June. Our inspector checked our pipework for leaks and none were found. We also had our leakage team attend during the night when its quiet and they too found nothing. We believe the water is from a spring and the environment agency at your local council may be able to advise you further about this. I hope this is helpful and I’m sorry I can’t help you further on this occasion.
