The grass on this stretch of the Linear Park (presuming all of it, as the whole of Bath is completely overgrown) is over five feet tall in places. It is seeded and contains ticks and is no longer able to be used for recreational purposes. Please would you arrange for it to be cut! It is not helpful for asthma and hay fever sufferers, and cannot be used by dog walkers or children as a play area for the high number of ticks and nettles. Please feel free to telephone me to discuss: 07554 532132

The grass on this stretch of the Linear Park (between Priddy Close and Brook Road entrance and exit (I presume of all it is in the same state though, as the whole of Bath is completely overgrown) is over five feet tall in places. It is seeded, contains ticks and can no longer be used for recreational purposes. Please would you arrange for it to be cut straightaway. It is not helpful for asthma and hay fever sufferers for it to have been allowed to get this overgrown and for it to seed, and it cannot be used by dog walkers or children as a play area due to the high number of ticks and nettles. It is clearly in need of prompt attention due to the height of the overgrowth so cannot have been cut for months, if at all this year. Please feel free to telephone me (Liz Price) to discuss: 07554 532132.

Council has removed the Tick danger signs, which were authorised. If there are no more ticks then why doesn't the Council tell us?
