VERY POOR, have reported only two things the chippings the second. The first was a damaged fence which I believe was reported around a year ago. Still not fixed even now. The only response received was that it didn't need any attention even though it has rotted away in numerous places and had fell onto the footpath. The gate has now also been stolen. I have lived in Hartcliffe for 45 years and I love the area but in all this time have not seen such neglect and decline to such depths from our council. I hope someone actually reads and responds, we all have to live here and I think people deserve better as I am sure this is happening all over Bristol as our council continues to waste money instead of reinvesting in the great city.
