There is an old fish tank dumped outside number 23 Bill Hamling Close on the pavement. It has been there for about three months and it's blocking nearly half of the pavement for residents to walk on. The tank has sharp edges and made of glass with unhealthy elements growing inside. I tripped and nearly fell onto the tank on one occasion. Luckily I missed it otherwise I'll would have been seriously injured. Something needs to be done immediately as we have children in the cul de sac and could cause them serious injuries.

Updates

  • An oversized van has been parking in the cul de sac over the last month. Not only it is taking pavement for residents to walk on, it is also not within the bay parking at the rear. With the fish tank being dumped there and the van parking, residents have no room at all to walk by. Pushchair users and residents shouldn't have to go onto the road to provide room for obstacles. It is really unfair that walking residents have to lose their safe space.
