Cars parking on both sides of the road- entrance to the groves. Vans parked there blocking the view around the bend. Cars speed up this road with near misses weekly. This contravenes the highway code Rule 242 ‘parking causing an obstruction of the road’ and obstructing ‘access for Emergency Services.’ As well as 243 ‘do not park opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space.’
