Two Recycling bins at junction of Shouldham/Crawford Street damaged and unlocked

Reported anonymously at 16:15, Wednesday 27 July 2022

The recycling bins have no lids - General rubbish is always being thrown in contaminating the recycling. Please replace with the previous locked "post box" style bins to discourage this. Bins often piled high and overflowing on to the pavement, or rubbish blown into the street.
