I've uploaded 3 pictures of pitted, breaking up and indented road in a stretch of approximately 50 yards on Wells Road at the back of our house. Belvoir Lodge, Upper Oldfield Park, Bath BA23JX. I've already spoken to a engineer on the phone who advised someone would visit to view. i thought I would try to help and forward pics with explanations.

The issue is heavy lorries and buses are traveling too fast down this section of the Wells Road load bearing down hill and when they hit these indentations in the road with a bang it's causing our house to vibrate heavily and it's now beginning to scare the family and children. Solution would be to make good these worn areas and indentations in the road and consider a speed sign that asks traffic to slow when speeding. The first picture is an indentation next to the bus stop. Second picture is already highlight with white paint and looks like a Virgin Media trench, like the one currently being filled further up the road. Third picture is in a crossing area opposite our house just down from the bus stop/second picture. When the engineer visits it would be useful if he could call. We've been in our newly bought house 9 months and it seems to be getting worse.
