Rubbish left on Gloucester Place between Dorset Square and Ivor Place

Reported anonymously at 00:37, Wed 15 September 2021

This is an on-going problem which is not being dealt with. The stretch of pavement on Gloucester Place between Dorset Square and Ivor Place is continuously strewn with rubbish, and garbage is left on the pavement after the refuse collection. Part of the problem is that rubbish is not properly bagged. Short term lettings and hotels seem to be the source of much of this rubbish. The problem is getting worse: as the street is so often disgusting, more people drop garbage here. The council needs to deal with this. This is supposed to be a clean streets area. It is a health hazard and it is not good enough service for the responsible residents of the area.
