Out of Hours Flytipped Rubbish 36/38 Nottingham Place

As usual please remove Out of Hours flytipped Cardboard (X5) + Rubbish Bags (X4) on pavement outside 36/38 Nottingham Place. See attached photos taken 05 September 2021. Evidence found suggests culprits are Sindre Svendsen, Flat 3, 36 Nottingham Place, W1U 5NT and Anastasia Alexeeva, Flat 3, 38 Nottingham Place, W1U 5NU. Please forward to City Inspector for Marylebone.
