Offensive Graffiti on boarded windows of Kitchen Aid

I ama City Inspector of Westminster and this job was referred to me for investigation. I visited the location yesterday. Can I please request you to remove the offensive graffiti from the boarded windows of this premises, it was reported anonymously a few days ago but is still present. Can I request this be painted over or cleaned as soon as possible. Thanks
