Delivery lorries with engines idling

Reported anonymously at 15:40, Tue 13 July 2021

This is a regular occurrence. Delivery lorries waiting for access to the Cross Rail site to reach the rear West One centre delivery bay. As a local business, we are faced with engines idling which pollute and gives the impression that the street is a loading bay [as opposed to a busy pedestrian thoroughfare - immediately adjacent to Bond Street tube station]. This has been issue for many months and it urgently needs to be resolved please.
