YR04EMV was reported to Westminster on numerous occasions last year and nothing was done. It has been moved to different locations and although reported by many people as having false St Mary’s hospital parking permit no action was taken. Traffic wardens also ignored it. So expect this vehicle to still be illegally on the road for the foreseeable future and don’t waste your time reporting it nothing is done
