Reported anonymously at 17:26, Saturday 2 January 2021

My wife tripped over the raised corner of this BT access panel. Following call to 111, she has attended Wycombe Hospital twice on one day for X ray and CT scan. These identified a break and fracture in her upper right arm. She has to return to the hospital on Monday 4.01.21 to attend the fracture Clinic.Despite taking medication she is suffering considerable pain.
