Overgrown trees and hedges onto Chelwood Drive . Broken fencing at boundary of sports field

Holes in boundary fencing, One hole is near to no 1 Chelwood Drive and the other is 13-19 Chelwood Drive. The wire boundary fence appears to have been cut to create a shortcut through to the field. The trees are overhanging the footpath at chelwood drive by the no 20 Chelwood drive and the residents car park.
