Car park spaces behind the houses of Coulson's way and lent rise road

Residents of Coulson's way 111-117 are not parking in their allocated parking spaces. This makes it very hard and some times impossible to use the space for it's intended use (to turn around in). They just dump their cars behind the garages and let us struggle to access our own houses and car park spaces. I also think this causes an emergency issue as emergency services would not be able to access the area if needed.
