No car parking next to school

At 3:10pm - 3:30pm parents are picking their child up from Limpsfield Junior School but they are parking and leaving their cars at no parking zones and it causes major traffic to build up at these times. If you could send traffic wardens out at at the time specified it would discourage parking. They also park and leave cars unattended outside peoples houses and driveways which makes the homeowner impossible to park.
