Rubbish dumped at the junction of Ivor PLace and Balcombe St

Reported anonymously at 11:55, Wednesday 8 January 2020

The packages shown are leaning on a sign post at the junction of Balcombe St and Ivor Place. They can be described as being addressed to Flat 2, 62 Balcombe St. Food waste and delivery food packages and uneaten food more than 24 hours before rubbish is collected is very common on our street. Today is was just delivery food, but often on a Friday or Saturday it is a full week of household rubbish that attracts rats crows and seagulls or is blown down the street so that by Sunday evening the street is a health hazard. These bags appeared today. There are bags on the street most days, this has been getting worse in the past year.
