There is Japanese Knotweed growing in the footpath behind 63 Hawthorn Grove

Reported anonymously at 12:50, Sat 7 September 2019

I have chopped the Japanese Knotweed down but it keeps returning. It is located behind my house, 63 Hawthorn Grove in the footpath that leads to the road Quantocks. This was previously quite high, blocking part of the path and it also pushed over one of my fence panels. It is now starting to grow in my garden. Can it please be removed? Thanks, Chris
