Human faeces in communal alleyway just off the pavement

Reported anonymously at 13:05, Wed 26 June 2019

Someone defecated in a communal alleyway between numbers 58 and 60 Temple End, just off the pavement as seen in one of the photos. The smell is foul and there are lots flies now. It’s a health and safety hazard. This passageway is regularly used by residents, including those with children, babies and prams. Builders are having to walk past it with building materials. Recycling may not be collected today as binmen would have to walk past it with rubbish bags. Please clean it up as soon as possible.
