Treadaway Hill opposite the church, where the metal hoardings are

Broken manhole cover. There are some signs and bollards around it but it is causing chaos as it is right near the junction with Boundary Road. The signs do not have any priority and coming down the hill you cannot see the coned area until late when cars are coming towards you on your side of the road. This is very dangerous
