Overgrown hedge making footpath vulnerable on Maggs Lane

Reported anonymously at 09:52, Tue 28 August 2018

Originally the hedges between the road and the pavement were waist height. They have been allowed to grow so that the pavement is almost in a tunnel in places. There is a scout hut half way along and it leads trough to a local primary school. I feel vulnerable if I walk alone along the path. Please arrange to have the hedges reduced to waist height again. You may have to work with BANES because , I understand that the border, between the two councils, runs across this lane.
