Overgrown hedge

Hedge on the corner of garden at junction of Minster/Southfield Roads is seriously overgrown on frontages to both roads. (If the hedge is every cut back to the boundary, it will also be found that the City Council has placed a road nameplate towards the middle of the pavement).

The hedge has been trimmed back to older growth but has not been cut back to the boundary, or even close to it, so is still blocking much of the pavement.

Although the hedge has been trimmed back lightly in the last year, accumulated growth from previous years still encroaches over about half the pavement width.
